Well, according to my source still in the aftermarket auto parts business, TOMCO has gone under. They were the suppliers of carburteor kits and reman carbs for decades. This leaves only Holley as a source for reman stock replacement carbs. Of course there are small specialty shops still into carbs but the mass of carbureted cars still out there will be hurting pretty soon.
the holley remans are hit and miss, that sucks. maybe i oughta start my carb building as more than a side business
Just the other day I was just putting an old carb-box of them on a shelf. Guess I'll have to hang on to it now for notalgic reasons.
