Great Pics, I had heard there were way more vintage racers to be seen at the CHRR. I just found out I won't be going to BGHRR next year and since my sister lives in Corona, think I'll visit her CHRR weekend.

 

Thanks for all of the great photos, Doug! I had really hoped to make it out there for this event, but it just wasn't in the cards... hopefully next year!

Take a look at those photos, then imagine hearing, and feeling them running low 7 seconds while smelling the nitro and the unmistakable aroma from a burnout...These cars made pass after pass, ALL DAY LONG! It was dragstrip heaven. Garlits, Ivo, the Mongoose, the Snake, the Freight Train, the list would fill a page...WOW!
