    Great pix Mazooma! Its awsome to see you put the WHISTLER pixs first in that string of bad ass hot rods. That comet took me 2 years to build, too bad it isnt even mine!! thanx for the pix!

    We used to do this to put hydro bands of of service so we could tow back up the return road......... or even flat tow (my bet is that it is running an old B&M Hydro.)

    Famoso Raceway was the place to be at this weekend! I couldn't believe the amount people and race car's out there. Great Show!

    I was there all 3 days and WELL worth the trip,The only think that sucks is tomorrow morning, I have to put my sun burned ass on the airplane back to Ohio.... where the wife said it was 38 degrees last night.

    The 65 Comet,"Whistler" ran in A/FX,was the #15 qualifier.Scrappy had the second smallest engine,363",beat a few BIG engine cars.I had the smallest engine,347",but still ran quicker than a few,even a blown car,still didn't make it #19.Man it was hot and humid with about a million nitro flys per person!! ROY.

    For a person with a bad back you did an exceptional job. You not only captured the images of the cars but caught the things that most people would have missed if you had not focused on those things. I was there and missed things that you observed and photoed, thanks. Hope you continue to mend and bring more phiotos to everyone at the March Meet.
