sorry, no cute moniker, just Tony. I tried to read through the rules, but rules bore me. I hope I can fit in here, but if not, I'll just lurk and get my validation somewhere else.

53 years old. married w/2/teenagers still at home. Two projects in the garage, but neither runs. One's a 48 Plymouth street rod, other's a 52 DeSoto wagon. I work reaaaallll slow.

The Plymouth chassis is done, rebuilt Chrysler small block, A-518 transmission, B-body rear axle w disc brakes all around. The body is stripped to bare metal, is getting new transmission tunnel and rust repair. Needs interior, although I have a pair of leather buckets from a GMC Sierra and some good ideas.

The DeSoto chassis is almost done, all stock. Needs steering box rebuilt, replace master cylinder with something a little safer. Rebuilt Chrysler 265 ci flathead w/dual exhaust and intake. Still working out the transmission. I have a rebuilt 3-speed w/overdrive, but may use something else. Needs paint, and minor rust repair.

Good to see another Wagn guy onboard.
I'll add you to the contact list for the Cin-Day Rodders Club.
We are all builders like you and have projects in various states. Its nice to have extra hands available when needed!

    Again, WELCOME!

They are both in the middle of a frame-off build. Progress is measured in years, not months. They are slowly making their way back to the street, though.
