Kick *** man,I like it. .Check it over real good for your safety sake.Good Brakes and steering should be a priority.Don't just ***ume everything is OK until you give it a good inspection. It doesn't hurt to have a hot rod friend look it over with you.he might see something you don't. Now get out there and cruze that ****er and have fun.

  3. Congrats! I too, recentley got an A coupe, see avatar. I too, have wanted an A for 32 years, but not nessasarily a rod. The older I got, I decided I wanted a period rod, the best of both worlds, something old and nostalgic, an antique, and hotrod all rolled into one! good luck.

Boy Howdy! That change of wheels and tires turned a wild and wooly hotrod into a plain Jane in about 20 minutes I reckon. It'll probably ride better but bigs(not quite THAT big) and littles do make or break an early hot rod.

Nonetheless, there is no feeling like getting the car you've dreamed of for years, is there? I'd drive it as is with a good wheel/tire choice until I die!

But back on subject.....cool start to a good hotrod you have there. You're a long ways ahead of where some of us started out (with nothing more than a rusty shell), so that's a huge advantage.
