Sweet! Nothing quite like a "Hot Rod smile".
Years from now when your Parents have passed on, you'll still have the memory. You may be out for a run and look over and just imagine them sitting there. They'll always be with you.

Love that grin on Pop's face.My dad died in '74,I was just looking at a picture of him at the beach in 62, wearing my prized [at the time] M/T tee shirt.

Awesome. Great story. Good for you for thinking of them and doing it and your folks too. Hope he gets to ride in it when it's done too.

  12. Great story there! I wish my dad were still here! I would take him for a ride in our roadster -it's nearly ready for the road. He would be 91 years old. He was a P-38 pilot in WWII and I know he would have liked it!

Wow. I never got to give either of my parents a ride in the Peter Beater before I sold it. The next one is a single seater. They better be ready!!!

Good job man. I recall the first and only ride I gave my Dad in my first hot rod 63 Impala with the gears, compression, etc. He was speechless until we pulled back in the driveway... then it came.

  25. That giant smile says it all. Congrats sir! Badass coupe, I am jealous!
