Hot Rods Took the 46 for first ride, since make over!

Hotrodyankee, they say it is tight. I just replaced the master cylinder that was leaking{behind the cylinder} and then snapped the rubber hose going to it so I am waiting for that to come from e bay. Then she should be back on the road again.. P.S. I would love to get 1 of those bumper stickers that say HONK YOUR HORN IF ANYTHING FALLS OFF. LOL. Bruce.

 

Talk about stress.... I did the maiden illegal voyage with the Ford last April, at night to boot. Clutch wasn't releasing all the way, timing was off, no exhaust, front springs too short. But it went like stink.

The tranny is rebuilt
I think my dad has the clutch adjustment to far down,
If i step on the floor it shifts better, so i think ill crank it out a few turns
Also when its cold the shifter hangs up from 3rd to Second and first into second. I lubed the zerks
Any where else to lube it?
It was smooth a few months ago, when i got it. it seems to center around second gear (1-2 up 3-2 down)
Also lubed the clutch equalizer.
My Pops is starting to forget things, so I'm sure he had some tricks.
