I couldn't stand it any longer, just had to drive my car. I took it off the stands and fired it up. I installed R&P steering and had been having conversations about turning radius, and pedal travel with manual brakes. So nothing like a trip down the street to answer a few questions. I can tell you the R&P works just fine. It may have a larger turning radius, but I couldn't tell it. It turns tighter then my F250 so no problem for me. I do have to much brake pedal travel, apparently the MC is too small, not comfortable for me. I have no idea what the difference in horsepower there is between the 239 that came out and the EFI 5.0 in it now, but brother can you feel it. I have to give EFI Guy on Classic Broncos credit for remaping my ECU and providing diagrams for the wiring. So back to some brake upgrades and bolting on the front cap
Seriously..congrats on being able to take a first drive after all that work. I'm envious..it's been 10 years since I last drove mine...maybe late this year. So you got the hydroboost installed already? or did you test it with the old setup...can't tell from the pic.
