Cars are made to be driven... Guitars are to be played... and toolboxes are to hold tools and be used...
how do you think i paid for the boxes by making a living with them full of tools i try to post a pic of somethin nice and you ***ume there empty no respect
This is a traditional hot rod message board, we talk about old stuff....sorry! Your boxes are nice, they just aren't what we discuss here. Chaz's box is a bit more on topic.
I have a tool box that belonged to Tommy Box, a US Border Patrol agent (guess he's famous with the USBP guys) way back. (30s,40s?)
I guess I should just thank you for pulling up the cover on the Rat Fink box to take a pic for us. NOT.
Wow, I must have really hurt MADMILLER'S *****... I go this great PM form him/her... i ***ume your at***ude is about as good as your car in your picture jelous go **** yourself because your prob a washed up has been Wow great spelling... I guess he/she should be happy this is the new kinder gentler HAMB... what a ****wit...
Alot of newbies have been coppin' mucho at***ude. Oh well we all gotta be ****s sometime. Collecting boxes is cool I guess. But who has the room? I like to p*** mine on to anyone who can use it when I get a new one. Those boxes cost too much to just sit around. They're like having a car with a 10k paint job: you're too scared they're gonna' get scratched. -stick
I recall stepping on my **** when I first posted a few years ago but I wasn't stupid enough to talk **** about a rulers fabrication skills. I tried in vain to PM a few words of wisdom to MADMILLER the very same thoughts an old HAMB member p***ed on to me when I first joined "look at it like you just walked into a strangers garage filled with a group of guys who know and trust each other, as an unknown with no reputation, hang out and listen awhile, get a feel for the direction of the conversation" I asked him to consider if his dads group of dragracers and the group he runs with is impressed with shiney toolboxes. and I got this response . s.
Exactly. Can't expect any respect without giving a little, and ya have to be able to take a hit now & then
This MADMILLER fella keeps talking about his skills and such. I wanna see his cars. If they're as *****in as he claims I'll be the first to bowdown. No need to get all huffy! -stick

*****in'! Looks like fun. I'm thinking of building a cl***5 baja. Got the car just need the time and $$$$! -stick Is that bag torn? Let's see the outside of the 57.
It aint the size of the box its the tools thats in em??? What I mean is I have seen guys with a tool box that comes with a morgage payment book and I could fix the same stuff out of my old Craftsman Box!
I'm guilty of paying enough every month in tools and tool box that I coulda bought a new car by now ! Have a large Snap On roll cab (about 6.5ft long) covered in Realtree Camo Wrap ($600 worth) but this box is used and makes as much as I pay for it, or else why have it. I also have a Kobalt Cabinet and chest that gets used for all my grungy stuff and ******** work at home. Scratched, dented, dropped, and stickered up but its got character.
personally i have always wanted one of those big snap-on roll cabs.i have just never been able to justify a tool box that cost more than all my cars combined.so i am stuck with crusty old craftsman .but i can still wish .
