E13A6358-D748-452C-BF12-52E4087CF06E.jpeg I’m currently converting my open drive 3 speed to a closed drive. Tomorrow I’m ordering seal kit and some parts but was wondering if anyone can tell me if these thrust washers are wear items and should be replaced? Also curious if they markings on this bearing is cause for replacement?
    Thanks
    Chris.

vanpeltsales.com is a good source... though they are located in the States which will complicate things for you

Thanks everyone will call this morning and talk to them. According to their site it looks like I’m missing a thrust washer? There’s supposed to be a thick and a thin rear thrust?

If you've got the dough now's the time to play with the ratios some. Bearings set, blocker rings for the synchros and thrust washers too..detent ball and spring in the shift tower. there were many revisions done to this design over the years, most of them were good...in my opinion the transmission makes the hot rod,t5's and slush boxes are for girls.. thumbnail - 2020-10-03T071627.303.jpg

So I guess the OP should look for a T5 or an automatic?
