Technical Top shift 3 speed torque specs

I just finished rebuilding my top shift closed drive 3 speed. I was wondering if anyone could share torque specs please? I’m looking for the rear bearing support (rear mount cover), the u joint and the shift tower specs please.

I'm not sure such a thing ever came from ford, but you can look up the specs for a 3/8 NF bolt on line. I just tighten them up !
