[ QUOTE ] [ QUOTE ] Wild Willie.... [/ QUOTE ] I reckon the late & great Wild Willie must have sat high in the seat, ( his balls must have been BIG ) [/ QUOTE ] The reason they put a wing on the car was to keep Willie from bouncing out of the car because they were so large.

WE WANT MORE FRAGGAGE!!! Once I found an old abandoned rusty truck in the hills, all rusty with weeds growing in it. Window in the block and a rod hanging out. DAMN, why didn't I have my camera! woulda been bitchin.
yeah the guy who drives that wing express now (mike boyd) drives it just like old wild willy.i saw it get a lil sideways a couple years ago at CHRR in bakersfield. i used to race slotcars with his son a while back.
Last year at the march meet he was doing a demo run and at the half-way mark the front end lifted about 20 inches of the deck. I was sitting in the bleachers at that very point and i swear thats the first time i,ve ever seen 100 jaws drop at once.
Rich Guasco's Pure Hell was from Pleasanton, CA... and this car, sponsored by Quality Auto was from Livermore, CA... about 10 minutes away... notice the similarities? Same builder maybe? Sam.
