1952-59 Ford Toploader Transmission Input Shaft Lengths

Ok-
I just picked up a toploader for use behind a 460 in my next project. The trans is a 428 unit out of a torino.

On a small-shaft toploader, the 390 input shaft is shorter than the 289/302/351 input shaft.

Is the 428 1 3/8" input shaft the same length as a 429 1 3/8" input shaft?

The 460 currently has a TKO behind it, and it's still in the car so I can't compare the two...
