Novice wrencher here. I'm trying to find proper torque and sequence specs for my aluminum Offenhauser heads and can't seem to find anything online. The engine has about 3000 miles on it now, and the builder retorqued them at around one hundred miles. I'm sure I'm overdue. Help?

I torque to 45 - 50 lb ft. Just start at one end and go to the other.

Flatjack - I have the Offenhauser stud kit from speedway and the instruction also say go from one side to the other, unlike the tried and true? method going from the center radially outward. I had a thread about this subject but nobody wanted to subscribe to "your" method. Can you explain the advantage?
