History Traditional '32 Roadster chop

    I can't decide on how much to chop my '32 Roadster, 2" or 3"? It will be a traditional early post war build. I like the Henderson, Karl Orr, Edelbrock, John Ryan, and Nelson Taylor cars. Any idea how much these two are chopped? Any help is much appreciated img001 (2).jpg .

    Those are definitely more than the standard 2". Maybe 3, or even 4".

    Mine is 2" and I am thinking of going another inch. I think the ones pictured are 3".

    Depending on your height,,mine was chopped 2",,I'm tall so that was enough. HRP

    to answer your question, the windshield on the Pete Henderson car was chopped 3".

    3" is perfect for most builds.
