This is my project. Since a hotrod never is finished, there is no shame in running it rusty(providing it is safe). It will become more refined over time/money. I intend to even paint it someday! I have found it challenging to build thus far. Although it is a Ford, it is not a cookie-cutter model-A etc. so finding good ideas are limited... thus, I am more or less on my own. It seems like most of the "bobber" labeled trucks are victims of "****smanship" rather than craftsmanship!

Well, maybe not exactly the '30s Ford you were hoping for pics of - but I love this "Traditional 50's-'s hotrod pickup"

Here are a couple pictures of mine. I'm terrible at taking pictures so I have to rely on my buddies. May paint it in the near future (5 years). It drives great, with plenty of power to spare.

  15. Mine was a 50s-60s Showtruck... Originally it was Lime metalic green with dark green fenders, Diamond tuft interior, top and running boards!

Still has the diamond tuft top and interior... but I built it in the 1970's with popular 70's colors!!!! (Don't mind the 80's wheels... and the truck is still wearing this paintjob!!!!)

Mine was originally built in the 50's.......here it is in the 70's when women could still wear real fur coats......

Later, I rebuilt it, and painted it.....here it is in the 80's when a mullet was still called a ****......

This is my buddy Ken's father's truck. Picture was taken in 1962 at Offutt AFB in Omaha. Truck still in similar condition in Ken's mother's barn in Tennessee.

'34 Ford PU, '55 265 cu in Corvette V-8 with '57 milled heads. Duntov 3/4 race cam, mallory ignition, 3-deuce Rochester carbs and lake pipes.

I remember this truck from when Limeworks owned it. Cool rig. One of the few fenderless 37's done right IMO.

Here's my '37 in mock up stage.

It sit's a bit lower ion the front now that the motor is in.
