The black one wit the crossbars OG Lil E posted is where its at with me!! How ya doing man?? Get at me!!
I like Bruce Morgan's 1961 Stock world ***le holder. Not much to it, a hot 283, 4-speed, chromies, and spring spacers in front. Alternately, nose down with Raider Tri-Rib 5-spokes in the front, chrome-reverse wheels in back, and cheater slicks. Either way, a set of gl*** packs and a hot engine: A 425-horse 409 would be cool in one. -Dave
Dunno if its traditional but i think its one of the nicest 57 ever! I wish i had more pics of it, but i only have these 2: Finished and in progress, and theyre both from this year btw, its from Japan.
Very very nice!! Just curious, when did blue opened rims go into effect? I'm just curious if it was just a purposeful color scheme (which it is very beautiful) or if it was actually a brief trend for a short time?
Torq-Thrust D's, 331", 2- 4 barrels, 2 1/2" ram horns, Muncie, Sun tach, Traction Masters, 3:70 posi, stock cloth interior. Like i would have built in '65. Should be done in June.
Sorry to dig up an old thread but I have been trying to find some info on the chopped white 57 with the stripes on post #15. I have done a ton of searching but this is the only pic of it that I can find. I am told that this car has a 57 Buick roof on it which is what I am planning for my wifes 57 this winter as well as a 2 inch chop. It was also told it appeared in an issue of Hot Rod magazine in '59 but not sure which month. Any info or other pics of this car would be great. Thanks, Ken.
