Correct, and with no disrespect meant they ran top fuel out of a cave, but it was when that was still possible. No data acquisition, engineers, huge crew, or cubic dollars.

 

Jim Lytle’s “Quad Al” will be on display at the Crown Point Concours on April 26 & 27 2025 in Crown Point Indiana. (Maybe they will park it next to one of my Messerschmitt’s for size comparison)

 

I've never been to that show. I might go this year just to see this.
