I've seen this picture before but never studied it until now. She is working on the carburetor more than likely and requesting a tool from her young assistant. The tough part is choosing between the bumper jack, tire iron, 5 pound hammer (my favorite for carbs) monkey wrench, pipe wrench and a screwdriver. Looks like she is going to get the bumper jack.

They were 15 cents when McDonald's first showed up around here.

I know nothing about the wreck. Garbo garage ( now Garbo Lincoln) is in Racine Wisconsin, where I used to live.

Fuel Injection script on this beautiful '58 ragtop. Also dual antennas, continental kit.

Unless it was parked when it got hit, it was a bad day for someone.

an option not often chosen. Could have been a power glide too. Has a conti kit so a lot of boxes were checked.

After posting this picture of McDonald's, I ate plenty there many years ago, so yesterday I went through the drive through, got 2 cheeseburgers, 1 small fry and a fish sandwich for the wife, Funny I remember them being better, I was disappointed and now remember why I don't go there for a burger anymore.
