Here's an interesting contrast: same Car, Same Guys, 50 years apart, the car does not show the years, amazing all made it and are still friends, thats a WOW IMO.

 

The guy with the blue fenders is Babe Ruth, or at least he must be related, haha.

 

Amazing. The guys grew some hair and lost some hair and the Model A turned into a Chevy.

 

I guess it's in the details, I did not notice car, took the script as posted. Hmmmmmmm, does that mean every thing on the net is not the truth, nothing but the truth.

Jim McElreath with Dizz Wilson's Offy and this is probably around 1961. Jim won the first ever Sprint Car race at Eldora in 1961 driving for Dizz per Bobby Marshall

 

I think this is when Jud Larson won the 1957 Hoosier 100 at the Indiana State Fairgrounds on September 14th. Jud was driving John Zink's #2 Watson Offy and he won the race over 2nd place Jimmy Bryan, 3rd was George Amick, 4th was Len Sutton, and 5th was Don Branson. Who is the man with the glasses standing on the right side of Jud's car. I like this picture because Jud had a t-shirt with no sleeves and look at his arms. per Bobby
