tranny/driveshaft help

so i just bought a 1941 ford deluxe for my new project. im starting to take it apart, and i havnt done a ford before. im really stumped on how to detach the driveshaft from the ****** so that i can pull the engine and ****** out. any advice? or is there any other way?

oh and where is the vin for the 1941? i cant find it anywhere, not even on the left front frame rail.

the serial number is on the top side of the frame on the drivers side somewhere between the firewall and front crossmember


to separate the closed torque tube from the transmission you have to remove all the bolts from the u-joint housing ball cap
