Trans cooler

    Where can I find a frame mounted trans cooler locally with out going thur summit , jegs etc.. as the shipping about half the cost of a trans cooler

    local speed shop should have it or be able to get it for you without any problems.

    Most junk yards will have them. A lot of 1980's and 1990's model Ford pickups, Expeditions and Explorers have them. They even have fittings on the ends ...

    I use one of those radial fin style coolers mounted to the frame rail.
    Works good.
    I ordered it from their ad in the back of Rod & Custom I think.
