Transmission, I have been told different types

I posted this in the wrong section earlier today and wanted to see if someone can help identify it and possible value. I have been told it is several different brands etc. and value. Thanks and sorry for the confusion if you saw it in for sale.

I was in a 32 ford with the bell shown and shifter

 

It's a 38-early 50s Cadillac/Lasalle that has been modified/converted to 48 and older Ford closed driveline. Was popular in the 50s street/drag cars. Value? depends on condition. What engine was the bell housing used for. I may be interested in it and or the trans. Eddie 706-835-5990
