im looking at a richmond t10 to buy for my 62 falcon and i cant identify it. https://imgur.com/a/lbIQt5U id like to know gear ratios and the hp rating of it. i tried the identification on the richmond website but i am either blind or its not on there.

  2. Looking at the pic,,,,it looks like a Richmond Super T10,,,,,it should handle plenty of power .
Not sure about the ratios though,,,,at one time they had lines cut into the pilot shaft to indicate ratio,,,,but not sure if Richmond carried on that tradition or not .

Out side of gear ratio selection the only issue is the ; Does it bolt up to the Ford bellhousing you are using? Early 4 bolt Ford pattern or late 4 bolt Ford Pattern.

  4. It looked like a Chevy trans to me,,,,I just assumed he had that figured out .
    I could be wrong .

the picture, so we can see it more easily.

that's a Chevy transmission, not ford.

Go to PontiacPower.Org; there's a Borg Warner Super T-10 (bought out by Richmond) section that has ALL the information you'll need (even for Fords!). I am Butch/56sedandelivery.
