transport costs?

What's the going rate for transporting a hotrod these days? Open or enclosed or both if you know.
Is the price normally figured by the mile or are there other costs figured into the price?

That is a subjective question

It depends on the vehicle condition, length, pick up & drop off
zip codes, open or enclosed hauling, how soon you want transport
