Transport help needed for an english rodder.

Can anyone help me with covered transport. Sat on the computer a week ago and brought a beauty of a model A. Problem is i am in England and the car is close to not so sunny Denver Co. I need to get it to galveston docks, Huston which i am told is just over 1000 miles. Its a roadster with no top so open transport is not my best option. My shippers based in the uk are strugling to get quotes. Need to find someone who does this for a living and will have insurance ect, i have had one quote but its quite a lot of money.
Be greatful for any advise/help.
