Thank you @bowie! I apprecieate the kind word's, it has it's flaw's but it's mine. It's the best we could do (me and my Pop's) with what we had!

 

@427 sleeper ,So what mill and driveline is in your’56? She sure looks like more fun than a barrel of monkeys!

 

It's a slightly warmed over 327, .040 over, true 11.25:1 compression, Isky 505T solid lifter cam, balanced, ported and polished 461 2.02" real fuelie heads with roller rocker's, topped off with a Weiand tunnel ram and 2 500 cfm Edelbrock AFB's. That's all backed up with an Auto Gear M-22, with a 9" spinning 4.57's on a Detroit Locker. It's on the ragged edge of streetable with today's swill for gas, but a quart of Torco Accelerator added to a tank of 93 octane fixes that. But yeah, it's a friggin' blast to drive!!!
