Love this car....great video of it running at the truck...driver with a Grumpy stogie banging gears..
I noticed sumthin. During drag week. there where a good number of 55 thru 57 chevys. and not one tri five ford. and nothing powered by a Y block. That ought to tell ya sumthin.
Not a g***er but, Ran across this pic and had to share somewhere. I like g***ers but If this one doesnt make you not want to g***erize one, then you have no mercy I only want to take that canoe off the top, and just have it
If this was current I'd say not only shouldn't it be "g***erized", it shouldn't be restored. It's fine just as it is. Oh alright, paint the wheels black, put on very narrow whitewalls, but keep the hub caps! Kool photo.
Here are a few tri fives from down under. This past weekend saw the World Fuel Altered Challenge take place at Sydney Dragway and the Aussie nostalgia g***ers were part of the event as well. This one is an Aussie Holden with a body style that was built from 1948 through 1956 Sorry about the bogus 10 spoke front wheels--also note that this car and the following one are both four door sedans, the only body style that GM sold in Australia in that era--anything else was a private import.
