I hate to tag every axled car as a "gasser", but these guys were definitely going for a look. Taken at the Hunnert Car Pile Up (2007?).

One from a little car and bike show at our local Harley shop. I will post more pics on the thread that is linked in my signature.
Great pics. I see you found my buddies 55 chevy, Joe Runndle, That pic is from BEELINE DRAGWAY. very cool bud. Thank you. He sponsors my 1962 corvette. I have pics in other threads. I don't want to post the car on tri chevy post. Thank you. Oh I forgot to tell you. Joe Rundle is living here in Arizona still.
Anyone in the central MI area remember a Yellow 55 named Lemonade? Mid 60's to mid 70's..Beam axle..Looking for pic and/or owner details..Later painted Red..A friend has the car now [he thinks] and looking for heritage info..
You can't please everyone. On a thread like this I just want to enjoy the photos and post a few of my own. To many of the gearhead community "gasser" is a term and a look. If it's a too tall '55 street freak or a real deal NHRA legal '56, I want to see it.
This car was for sale a few years back at the Hamb Drags. I wanted to bring it home to CO so bad but it just wasn't in the cards. I still think about this car a lot.
