Charlotte GoodGuys next weekend.....Halloween no less! Just wondering who'll be there..... I'll be there all day Saturday, but only Saturday...getting there early, leaving late! (4 hours each way...long day, but can't wait!)

Oh man, you're makin' me feel like a wuss. It's only a four hour drive for us too, but having just gone to Bowling Green the "Event Money" piggy bank is empty!
Everyone make sure you stop by the IRON LORDS Hospitality Tents on Saturday we'll be there all day long and should have some refreshments and*****. And we'll even host a non formal HAMB Meet & Greet at 1pm on Saturday too just look for the banner. All of us as a club will be attending the drags that night so if you see us come up and say hello. I should have a flyer up by the end of the weekend showing where we plan to be situated on the field. See all of you there!!!
GOT MY TAG AND REGISTRATION TODAY!!! After waiting seven weeks to the day I finally got everything from the state DMV. Damn right I'll be at Charlotte; gonna go to the drags too. Look for an old guy with a Deuce 5 window and a grin about a mile wide. 'Been working on this car off and on for 5 years. 'Cant wait...hope it doesn't rain.

Shade and all, JeffreyJames will have a blue EZup and the HAMB banner for Saturday. If he gets to the same place, it will be almost halfway between the tunnel entrances (one at the end of the back straightaway and one in turn 4). That puts it in the center of that end of the infield...nice little patch of grass! Eric, the only two things that could throw a damper on things is the weather and Halloween itself. Some may not come so they can spend Saturday with their kids or grandkids. Hopefully we will see a bunch of kids in costumes and there will be a bunch of owners giving out candy to these kids. Anyone coming in from Western New York that would like to relay a Olds Rocket home???? I am looking forward to everything. The Iron Lords are meeting together tonight for our weekly shop night to discuss what we are bringing and where we are meeting Saturday morning to get our space. I don't think that we are going Friday during the day except perhaps just to register but look for us at the Drags. I am sure a couple of us will be wearing and Iron Lords shirt.
I contacted Kirk! yesterday and he confirmed that there is no saving spaces. So we can not sau for sure where we will be located. I can tell you that this is the area that we are shooting for. I think if we get there early enough we will be fine. The are is highlighted in green. It's not exactly where we will be seeing how the stage and such is there but look around. I am sure you guys will see us!!!
I'm going to be there Thurs - Sunday. I'm riding with a non-HAMB friend trailering his non-HAMB car. My 35 is staying home waiting for a new gas tank and a rewire. I'll look for the Iron Lords tent Saturday.
