Trip west from FL GA. Shows?

I'm trying to plan a trip from FL/GA to Cali this summer.Wondering what shows I should try to catch.
Looking at possibly mid July so I can bring my Nephew along.
A lot of this will depend on where the loads are but I'm willing to go a little out of my way if necessary.
I hope tis isn't too broad/vague.
