In my e-mail feed today: Last but certainly not least, we now have an office assistant who’s been tackling the mountain of emails that accumulated while we were working to recover from our recent business hurdles, and we are now caught up. If you would like to get in touch the best thing to do is email us at customerservice@roddersjournal.com. We are also pretty excited about our new website that is almost ready to launch. And for those who have inquired about purchasing merchandise or renewing subscriptions online, stay tuned here and we’ll let you know when the new website is live. It will have a stripped down store with T-shirts, back issues, and other in-stock TRJ merchandise—including a few new items—as well as updates on the latest happenings here at TRJ. Great news and signs of continued recoevery
I received that same email yesterday! I'm glad that they are on their way back & can't wait for the next issue!
I saw the email late last night and sent a note inquiring when my sub ended. I received an email this morning that #87 will be my last issue. In all honesty I had concerns about their operation but I have to admit- that’s customer service! I’ll be renewing later today.
It’s AMAZING! I sent an email this morning inquiring about my subscription and got a reply today! It had expired and the #86 I got was a complimentary courtesy. I’m re-upping. Thanks, TRJ!
The reason I never subscribed to The Rodder's Journal is based on respect. It is a PERFECT magazine and I'd drive to Barns & Noble to pick a perfect copy. I should organize them and fill in some missing issues. Just looked through the stack and see I have the important issue, guess it is time for me to start a subscription. Best of luck with the future issues. Bob
International Lifetime Subscriber here. I've emailed the customer service email once a month since May of this year as I'm still waiting on issues 84 85 and the current issue. I also received the latest email with the news of office support so I sent my monthly inquiry and have yet to receive a reply. Hope to hear something soon
