I've always liked this car. Wasn't it made out of cut up Dodge panel truck body parts, or something like that?
I looked it up, '41 Ford COE, the triple beltline molding was made by welding steel brake lines onto the body!
Great pics, Good to see HOP UP there that means they will have coverage in one of there issues. Thanks for posting.
What a great event, too bad about the rain but from the video I saw this morning everyone was having a fine time.
Sitting in a motel in Morro Bay with good internet. I figured out that I took 856 photos between Thursday afternoon and about 1 this afternoon when we packed it in and left town after not finding a spot near enough to the camp grounds for us to want to walk. Most of them are here including a few that I should have cut out of the mix. My camera is a trooper and survived the rain. http://s173.photobucket.com/user/mr48chev/library/2016 TROG PISMO BEACH?sort=2&page=1 I'd suggest grabbing a good beverage and setting it on slide show and kicking back because the album has 36 pages in it. Sounds as wicked as it looks This one followed us out of the lot and down the street when we headed to the hotel and it is one wicked looking tail dragger when you see it in the rear view mirror.
This is the start of page 12 in the album Riding the bus to the beach on Sunday morning. If I doubled up blame it on the beer during the football game in a nifty bar in Morro Bay Inside the Airstream
