OK--have a bunch of car trophies--I would think that some group/club could use them and just make new little plaques--offered to a local club and they had no interest--neighbor has a bunch too--hate to throw them in the trash anyone around Sac need them ????
these are from the last 10-15 yrs--some very large and so on-Sac autorama, etc just taking up space and collecting dust--gave away the old 60's trophies from Madera,Fremont and Raisin City a few years back--and took some apart and put the top ornament on kid's bikes in the neighborhood
Try the Cub Scouts. I would think the Cub Scouts would like to have them as prizes for their Pine Wood Derby events.
X3!!!!!!! That's what our club does. We round up a bunch of the "standard" little trophies every year or three. As long as they have a car on top, the Scouts can get new plaques done cheap for their events. Gary
maybe the Roamin' Angels up in the Auburn area-they put on a great show up there. if nothing else I bet the Trophy *****s of America (TWA) will take them (ha). rent them out at shows-usually some guy thinks that putting all of the trophies that he has won out around his car makes it look cool.if you absolutely can not find a good cause to give them to I'll take 'em-not far from Sacto.
I would start a little enterprise called quit your crying heres your trophy. you could go to car shows with these trophy's and arrange them so people could park there cars by them and get there picture taken lol. just a thought
