Trouble uploading pictures

I keep getting an error message everytime I try to upload my pictures. Can someone give me a hand? This is the error message I keep receiving: "This is not a valid image file." Thanks, everyone

Make sure you are loading them into Photoshop fiirst. It's free.

 

sorry to correct you but you mean photobucket or flickr or any other image hosting site. Photoshop is far from free
