I have a Sunpro at home and it works great. I just brought my OTC home as a backup, I have a Fluke 88 (Bought used) and a Fluke amp clamp (bought used) at work. Innova makes a decent one too. If you get a cheaper meter you can buy a good test light and cheap power probe and then your set.
