I have been wanting to post pictures of these two rigs for several years, but never have my camera with me when I pass them....this morning I took the Wife to Milwaukee airport, and remembered to take my camera, so here you go...Enjoy....
They are located along I43 near Clinton (Beloit) WI...

Both of those are way better options than in a river levy as erosion control. I also had never seen the one coming off the dirt ramp. Thanks for sharing.

Because "Madman" is the grand master attention whore.

He used to take the wheelstander to the local car shows and rev it up every 1/2 hour to draw a crowd to himself. Just like Old Faithful.

The one coming off the ramp was originally across the interstate in a field, and not real noticeable....
Some years back, he moved it to it's present location.....Where it has been for the last ~10 years or so.....

Waste of a beautiful truck if you ask me. What kid wants a treehouse fifty feet in the freakin' air? Sounds like a good idea. "Hey son, why don't you go play in the treehouse?"

That is his name , Matson.

He also had a Hemi engine with a blower on it that was his mailbox, it went missing for a few years and he tracked it down to northern or central Illinois. He went down there and as I remember confronted the guy and took it back. I hope I got the story right it seems that it was about 10 years ago.

He sold the distributor cap company and invented a remote control cut off for lakes pipes and stubbys. Don't know what ever happened to that though.

Never seen that before. Read about the guy though in the link provided in an above post. Pretty crazy/interesting guy it seems. Seems like he just does whatever the fuck he wants. Pretty badass.

At first, I understood. Maybe the guy doesn't have enough cash to make that truck roadworthy, so he decided to paint it as is (protect it) and throw a bunch of useless parts together and display it.
Now that I've seen his website and have more of the story, I've come to the conclusion that he is a poser attention whore douchebag. That explains it.
