Now here's a neat story:

A longtime friend of mine, custom painter, former president of Rod-n-Tiques of Ohio, Tom Lusch, had this '34 Pickup when I first moved to Marion, Ohio and joined the club back in the early 1970's. He sold the truck to a guy in Marion, Kentucky in the late 1970's. Recently, he bought it back. It has only about 200 more miles on it than when he sold it. The previous owner just liked having rods, not necessarily driving them. WOW!



Ain't that sumpin? Marion to Marion to Marion and only 200 more miles....

 

That is a cool story and even better that your buddy got the car back.

 

My '50 Chevy. 283/350 Turbo, a fun Cruise Night ride with my grand daughter for last four seasons (my cruise night buddy since she was seven). Had this truck for over sixteen years, hope to enjoy it for many more

 

That might make a nice graduation / wedding / shower gift for her some day.

 

I know, I know, it's not a truck. But didn't know where to put it.

 

Its a truck in my book. A pretty one at that. It would look great pushing off my champ car.
