i see old farms like this all the time .me and a friend got busted by the cops tresp***ing on seperate days. i just wanted to see what was on the property so i could see if i wanted to persue the owner . come to find out it is owned by county and they are crushing every thing.(nice clean 1.5ton 50chevy)****s because it is still sitting there and i can not save it.

Well, yes you can.

Option 1: remove all the s**** vehicles for the county, junk the junk, save the savable. Send them a bill and get paid for the trouble.

Option 2: Find out who the s**** firm will be. Offer to give them what they'll get after it's "processed" to drop it on your trailer and pretend they never saw it.

 

My brother and I found a salvage yard in Adair Oklahoma a dozen years ago. The guy had some nice Mopar iron, two door Coronets, etc. His guys, all a bunch of young punks, just thought it was the coolest thing to crush all the Mopars, yet they'd save a '60 Chevy four door that was rusted up to the window frames. They pissed me off so much; some people are just stupid, others simply have no attachment to the greater value of something other than "how much money will it make me today?"
