Trying to find old Chevy guru near Monroe Wa

Anybody know the Chevy guy that has works out of his home shop south of Monroe, WA. I think he's near Paradise Lake or maybe Echo Lake. His name may be Dave ?? I'd like a phone # or address if anybody knows. Thanks.
