Projects Trying to identify sunvisor

Picked it up at a swapmeet today that was with a few 36 Chevy car parts but the seller did not exactly know what it came off of so I need to identify to find another. My 37 Chevy p/u did not come with any and it seems like it will fit just fine since its not too big.

Thanks for the info and now to try to find one,there was a similar one on Ebay but the main mount was busted and the other mount was missing.
