Technical Trying to identify three bar spinners

I'm not sure if I'm on the right form but I'm trying to figure out what wheels these are for. Thanks in advance

Those are WILD!

 

Wild as all get out. After market is what I would have to say and the hole is for the lock or retainer that hooked to a retainer that fastened to the lug bolts.

 

I expect they’re for some modern big diameter off topic three spoke wheel.
