Hot Rods Tube Axle ID help

I purchased this axle and 4 bar set up for our 30 Model A ch***is. It's set up to run coil overs by the looks of the mounts on top of the axle. Can anyone help me ID this axle? I have been searching endlessly but have yet to see another one like this. The axle is brand new but i bought it off a fellow hot rodder that had it left over from a previous build.
