Unfortunately I'm missing the shock that was used on my stock car from back in the day, so I don't have any part numbers to go off of. Was this a particular brand? I'm sure someone on here will recognize it.... Bolted on the top. Car built in the late 60's. Thanks Race Car 007 (2) by Shaun1162 posted Jan 13, 2017 at 11:05 PM
Edit A little history. Note: These are highly collectable (expensive) due to the 100 point restorations. http://midcenturycadillacs.com/index.php?topic=694.0 Google is your friend. https://www.google.com/search?q=del...hUKEwix1Zvl4sDRAhVHz1QKHZ71CqYQ_AUIBSgA&dpr=1
Believe DDDanny... the right info! But I'm hung up on that 'New Hampshire Dead Perch'! Man...talk about the 'hard way'... But I can see it'd work... You 'right coast boys' have come thru with similar solutions as we of the West, 'in a pinch'! Wish we could sit down and talk about it...
Thanks DDDenny, much appreciated - I've spent way too much time trying to find them! Yeah, I was a little surprised when I looked them up on eBay, to say the least... Looks like the Impala that donated it's master cylinder and steering box, also gave up a shock for my ol jalopy.
