Tuck N ROll techomatic?

wasn't there a tech-o-matic on doing you own tuck and roll awhile back? I just looked for it and couldn't find it. Anyone have a link?

 

I think that was on the old HAMB, The tech'omatic stuff didn't carry over.

 

I'm almost positive I've seen it since then....That'll***** i was wanting to print it out.
