A couple of days ago we loaded up a car that was headed to Monterey and the Bonhams auction. When the driver of the transport dropped the lift gate he mentioned that on the top deck he had two Tucker’s! I thought no... can’t be! But sure enough there they were, #44 and the replica with the Northstar! Being that they were on the top deck I could only shoot a picture from the ground (and I did not want to get close to them, I can do that on the show field at Pebble Beach next week) I have to say from what I saw #44 looks amazing!
The car we loaded is unique, one of only two built and the only complete and running example.

Graceful, beautiful, innovative. Words do not describe this brand.

Man Flop, were you a little nervous working on those pieces? I would have been like a pros***ute in church.

Today I saw the finished #44 Tucker parked outside “The Inn at Spanish Bay” in Carmel California where there was a seminar on Tucker’s as part of the Pebble Beach Concours events. The owner sat next to me at the seminar and we talked a little, Rob Ida was one of the members of the panel that discussed Tucker’s.
On Sunday there will be 12 Tucker’s and a complete rolling ch***is on the 18th Fairway at the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance.
Attached is a photo of the car I took after leaving the seminar.
