This is how you cover wheels from overspray...

    Its cheap,
    its easy,
and you dont have to spend money on drinks and a cheap hotel room to get satisfaction from it...

    We begin.

Order up some 36" white 3M paper... its the good stuff. NO GREEN***** unless you plan on transfering some pounce patterns ok...

Get a bucket of water and some Dawn dish soap.

Smile cuzz all hambers know they're RULERS.

    OK....

Take out all your anger and crumple up a section of paper that'll about cover the tire... like this:

ya just gotta work it a bit to get it saturated in H2O

this paper does not fall apart b/c its not the CHEAP STUFF
its got a coating on it like wax paper.

I took these pics over a month ago just waiting for the next TECH WEEK haha...

the benifit to this is that its CLEAN, cheap, easy and one size fits all... they don't blow off when they're dry they actually stick to the tire like glue.

Always use protection. Steel wool might not take it off...

Hope all you crazy painters can benifit from this little trick. Its one of many I've got up my sleeves....

That's a great idea. I'll have to try that. It does come OFF easier than glue right? It won't leave paper stuck to the tires like they cut themselves shaving or something will it?

na it comes off easy... any residue paper sprays off with a hose.
