Not expecting big things from this one, but here goes....has anyone out in garageland ever replaced their 1956 Caddy Bendix/Moraine master cylinder/booster unit with any newer style dual reservoir cylinder and small diameter booster?? This was a one-year only, over-engineered design mounted way up by the rad cradle connected to the pedal via rods and levers. Theres gotta be a better & safer way. I appreciate any and all suggestions. KenO

I tossed a stock '55 Caddy unit and used a 7" Master Power booster and a Corvette dual master...put it under the floor and redid the brake pedal...works well...search "The Best '55 Cadillac build" here on the Hamb, I think there's pix there of how I did it...
