Hi all, Wanted to thank those who came by my spot. Made some frog skins and had a great time. I even had time to do some shopping Sunday morning... Thanks Tommy V. for he deal on the buick drums... Sold a few things less than I had planned. At least they went to a builder rather than someone planning to resell. To the guy from Santa Cruz that bought the T tank , I hope your happy with it. Yeah that lady was something else. You weren't gonna just lose your spot forever, it was gonna be forever and ever!!! Well Saturday turned out awesome, no crowds, a few empty spots though. I don't know if I really scored or not but I picked up this super clean set (4) of fake Cadillac Sombreros for really cheap. The guy said that they had about 50 years of attic dust on em, no rust at all. Here are some pics.
Hahaha...glad we weren't the only ones laughing about that Hyena on the PA. We too brought all the heavy weather gear..............and ended up SUNBURNED at the end of the day. Typical Turlock,,,,I found almost everything I was looking for. Not all for the prices I wanted to pay, but that's how it goes. And, there were some very interesting and overpriced cars for sale....red wheels, a banger and a crusty coupe body=$10,000...I guess. The '39 Chevy coupe wasn't bad at $3,500, though. i , don't under stand that bs , all black plates are stamped 63 ,so you can only put them on 63's or what ,are they going to let you put a black 63 plate on a 67
black plates are all stamped 63, but were in use from 63 til 70(?), so you can use them on you 63 - 70 car so long as the numbers/letters are not in use on another car in a different style plate. not sure what they are doing about the sticker... prolly just use the current year sticker.
will that ****, that means that some jack***'s are gona be putting black plates on rusted out back east cars that they bring into calif and call them calif. cars and make are black plate cars not mean **** - huh - thats ****ed up
no ,when they bring that **** in to are state ,like i buy a 1967 car off ebay in new york and have it shipped out here to cal ,i can put black plate on it , right
