Sparton self-cancelling turn signal switch. Model SOS - 3R. Was originally in a '52 Willys (Jeep) pickup I owned years ago. Turn signals cancel when backside of the steering wheel turns switch wheel - pretty trick for its day. Needs some TLC but worked when it was in the truck. With 6 wires, I believe this works in conjunction with the brake lights so no need for extra lights. You will need to make a bracket to attach to your column. $30 OBO plus the ride.
